Create a 12- to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation assessing the current organizational environment. Include the following in your presentation:
• Identify the applicable level of the organizational change.
• Explain the major changes that will occur for the applicable levels.
• Identify the principles from organizational theories that you will apply in the change initiative. Explain why you chose to apply these specific principles.
• Describe the current organizational culture based on the information in the Virtual Organization. What aspects of the organizational culture will aid the change initiative, and what aspects will hinder it?
